2009 Can Be a Great Year

Look, we all know times are tough, but the ONLY choice we have is to be upbeat and fight through it. If we look like things are tough people and customers will feel it’s okay to let us down. On the other hand if we look upbeat, act excited, and really show we are truly excited about this year, the results can be very positive. I know it’s tough but we need to lead by example and this will help draw people to us. If you are a sales person send 1 thank you card a day. Yes, we are all busy but those who take time will stand out. If you are a customer service person what can you do to help a sales person? They are under a lot of pressure and direct efforts help the well being of the company. Last, if you are a manager make an extra effort to recognize and reward people. It takes everyone to make that extra effort to survive and ultimately thrive during these times.
