I recently had a conversation with someone where they felt like they were going to pull out their hair when dealing with a specific prospect. I asked how many suggestions they had made and of course they said “tons”. The real issue is my friend was frustrated because he could not close the prospect. However, when I asked what the prospect was specifically looking for he hastily answered, “I have no idea”. I sent him this presentation to help and hope it helps you.
